Lash Out Loud provides beauty services including, but not limited to, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, microblading, brow styling, waxing, facials, and makeup application. All services are performed by trained, qualified professionals using sanitized tools and high-quality products.
All services are by appointment. We accept bookings by phone, text, email, or through our online inquiry form. Same-day appointments are available subject to availability. We reserve the right to confirm or decline any booking request.
We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting later clients. Full service charges still apply.
Service prices are listed on our website and at the studio, and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other agreed forms of payment. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have a concern with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to address it, which may include a complimentary correction where appropriate.
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent procedures, pregnancy, or other health conditions that may affect your service. We may decline to perform a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate to do so. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate health information and assume reasonable risks associated with beauty services.
Microblading and other semi-permanent treatments require informed consent. Results vary by individual and depend on factors including skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. A consultation may be required before booking. Full aftercare instructions will be provided.
With your written permission, we may use before/after photographs of services for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. You may decline at any time. We will not share identifying information without your consent.
